I believe its just a wire connection or something simple that we all over look somewhere.

I did download the PDF for the mobo and looked up the jumpers for the front panel.

and i did to compare to the manual i have and there the same. theres 4 that have to be connected pwr sw hdd led pwr led reset sw i have double checked them all and still no good. if i try out of the case do i still connet these wires or start it with a screw driver(hot wire) or is there another way???

nothing wrong with a screw driver i usually use a key

so just checking have you tested for sure that you are using the correct pins to start the pc? if your not sure what pins exactly are to be used just systematically cross the pins with a screw driver and see if it powers on.. Does that help any? if that doesnt work im afraid your mobo may be doa
