I don't like that motherboard for air cooling. Look at the design and where they put the cpu mount. You'll find that you won't have much airflow across it, but it's fine if you're thinking about water. Your cpu would end up right behind your cdrom or hard drive cages and that's not in the path of where most cases have their intake coming from.

You still won't have good airflow across your cpu. I love the early word on the ATI chipset, but I'd wait to see a few more choices. I remember seeing an all white motherboard based on the ATI chipset that looked pretty badd@ss and had OCing options galore. I've also thought about trying Crossfire, but I honestly thing it's premature to get 2 cards still. I'm gonna hold off until Crossfire2 or SLI2 somewhere down the road. My single x850xt can play any game at any setting,so until that's no longer true, my money is staying in my pocket.

For $50 more you could get an x1800xt 256mb and for $100 more you could get a x1800xt 512mb. Or for $20 more you could get a 7800gtx.

If you're thinking about crossfire, I would wait and get one of the new cards. Also, they won't have the resolution/refresh limit that those x850's have.

The white board you speak of is this: http://www.sapphiretech.com/en/produ...g.php?gpid=117

I'm thinking of waiting on crossfire myself, getting this board and a X1800xl or xt and going crossfire when I upgrade to socket M2.
