Dear ...
Thanks for supporting Foxconn product .
1.Please clear CMOS, then enter BIOS and "Load Optimized Defaults",
press F10 to save the setting and use fox liveupdate to downgrade again .
2. If the above steps can't fix the issue ,
please download the install the latest version of the Fox liveupdate to have a try :

tried it. so far the only problem left is the temp sensors.

also, another thing that i've noticed is that ht link will never go beyond x10 multi.
No, that BIOS didn't help (((

i mean sensor problems with your cpu. just like what i'm experiencing now. there are a couple of phenom 2 owners here, particularly the 940be that are experiencing it too. or maybe you just need a better hsf for that 9950.

Hi folks, I'm new here, please bear with me. I have just installed 8GB of Gskill PC6400 RAM (4x2GB) but the system only appears to recognize 3.2Gig This regardless of where I insert the DIMMs. I'm running a Linux rig and somewhere in the depths of memory I vaguely remember a Windows limitation of 3.2G. Can anyone please tell me how to get around this problem? I need the memory to be able to install WinXP into a virtual M/C and run it concurrent with my #!Linux. Most grateful for any assistance.

i again, Here's a lesson for all you young folks out there - Put Brain In Gear Before Operating Fingers on Keyboard!!! I panicked, I was going to miss my deadline and so lost sight of what my problem really was. I've spent years (since the 80s) working in a 64 bit environment with DEC VAX not as an engineer I hasten to add but as a marketing consultant. nevertheless one "gets involved" and your mindset is hardened. I loaded #!Linux because I needed certain propriety programs that don't have a Linux equivalent. #!Linux is 32 Bit software. I offer up my posterior for a good kicking. Many thanks all for your patience.

it's because there's a certain maximum gap of the ht speed and the nb multi. i think if the ht is 700mhz or more lower than of the nb speed, windows won't boot. if the difference is 1000mhz, it won't boot at all. i've also noticed that the max ht multi it can only take is 10x even if you had 11 or more. it must be another bios issue.
