But look how awesome this LanParty UT 790FXB-M3eH7 looks. Hopefully it comes out soon.

I would just get the M4A79T Deluxe and call it a day. Well I would pick the MSI and DFI boards far over any Asus, but M4A79T Deluxe looks alright.

I guess I'm one of the people that has never had luck with any product with ASUS stamped on it.
You can join the club. I tried to boot up an old Asus A8N-E and it doesn't POST lol. Well I ordered a pci diagnostics card so hopefully it arrives soon. I've narrowed it down to either motherboard or cpu and I'm leaning towards motherboard problem.

If u want to point fingers. About 3 years ago I got a DFI P35 board and the PCIe slot started on fire. (Yes it actually did, And no I am not making it up) It led to burning up my brand new 3870.

I then got a ASUS P5E and everything was A-OK.

The Crosshair III isn't worthy of the Crosshair name... Get the A79T.

Me thinks the yellow is ugly. Other than that...nice mobo.

I voted for the M4A.

Perhaps a nice Biostar instead? Dunno if they make one with the chipset you want, but I'd look into it.

(seriously, I only buy Biostar and DFI...both great, for me at least)

Of course Biostars are nearly as ugly as Gigabyte boards...

1. What the hell is a PCI diagnostics card?

2. They can't even get graphics cards right for me. *sigh*
