Is there a CrystalCPUID-like program for STARS processors?
When I had my Brisbane, I loved to use a program called CrystalCPUID. This permitted you to turn off Cool 'n' Quiet in the BIOS enabling you to use any multiplier or voltage you wanted. You then opened up CrysalCPUID's feature called Crystal-n-Quiet, which permitted you to make custom power states of both voltage and multiplier. Essentially, it was a user configurable Cool 'n' Quiet.
The problem resulted when I got my Deneb. CrystalCPUID only works for AMD K7s and K8s, not with STARS processors like Agena (K10) and Deneb (K10.5). I really miss using that program, and my attempts to contact the author to see if it will ever be upgraded have been unfulfilled. Does anyone know of, or can anyone code up, a program that will operate like Crystal-n-Quiet with support for STARS processors such as my Deneb? I really would like to work on my Deneb to use a multiplier other than 15x to get the optimum overclock, but I do not want to lose Cool 'n' Quiet either. (As I posted here.)

I just found PhenomMsrTweaker, and am about to try that. Just from looks, it looks as if it is not as nice as the CrystalCPUID I am used to.

I am still out and looking, I really am not liking PhenomMsrTweaker very much. Anyone here a coder? Hiyohiyo made the source code of CrystalCPUID available here, so maybe you can tweak it to make CnQ work on STARS processors, not just K6-K8.

I found PhenomCNQ, but I am disappointed in that it can only be ran with Cool-n-Quiet enabled in the BIOS. This would mean my PC would need to be able to boot at 4050 MHz to load windows to be lowered down to the speed it can handled. Yeah... not going to work.
