Hey, I am using the mobo in my system specs, and I was wondering if a XP-120 would fit on it. The ram I am using does have metal heatspreaders, and I thought I read somewhere that it may interfere because of the hs size on the heatspreader of the ram. Does anyone know if my mobo can fit an xp-120. Thanks in advance.

Check out the compatibility FAQ in my sig. It doesn't specifically mention the NF4 SLI-DR, but Thermalright lists two other DFI NF4 mobos, and there are some interference issues. They don't sound catastrophic, but they might make you want to think twice about going with the XP-120.
