no CDROm when AHCI is on.
ok was trying to reinstall W7 pressed f8 and did not see my cdrom. so i went in to bios and when i turn off ahci cdrom shows up. so how i'm i suppose to enable it before windows install if i wont have my cdrom to install windows from. but the first time i installed windows everything was working. any suggestions ?

never mind got it working, i guess it was a glitch or something, please delete this thread.
