Default MSI NF980-G65 No Post

FIrst off I have done all No Post troubleshoots and I get no beeps with RAM not installed. Ok now for what it did previous to this. It would power on then go back off within 2 seconds and do that a couple times then it might work. Anyways is my problem the Mobo or the PSU? My PSU is a TT750. Prior I did overclock to 3.8 with 1.456 Vcore Multi at 19 on the CPU. CMOS reset was done but still no go. The chip is a 955BE. ALso the CPU Fan does not work when plugged into the 4pin fan slot (or any other fan for that matter plugged into that slot)

this mobo has a fault set in bios and u have to hit a certain key while its powering on in order for it to post. I forget what key it is but its their. also try removing the cmos battery and also the jumper to clear cmos and then unplug the power supply so it has no power to retain any memory.

Is this a new build? Well, it must be because your mobo is a brand new MSI nForce that just came out...

Are you getting power AT ALL to anything?

I also now get no power to my usb ports on the motherboard. My fans and stuff power on and spin up including the gpu fan so I'm getting some power. Also Tank what key would that be?

Yes! I know what the problem is! Sorry, I'm just excited to help. Alright, first of all, you will need to remember this EVERY TIME it doesn't post. This is my disclaimer. This board is an a-hole when it comes to acting like a 2 year old when it doesn't want to post. It will constantly restart, won't show an image, etc. You have to, have to, have to hold delete for as long as possible the second you power on your computer. I don't know why, but when you hold it down long enough it will finally let you into the BIOS. This may take a try or two. Resetting the CMOS does not help.

I know I just posted, but it is not a problem with any of your hardware. You are fine. Mine does this too.

I tried it and it did not work. How long should you hold it down?
