Ok so I did a Out of Case Test today (no cpu....i figured it should say No CPU installed or something) Same mobo as original post and it still did not post or say No CPU installed, no beeps either....tell me either if it doesnt say that or if it is my PSU or Mobo (This is my second mobo now granted it was open box but i dont think I'm that unlucky). I'm about to just return it all and buy a OEM PC (Most likely from Cyber Power PC if i do) as this is aggravating to say the least. And yes I know 99% of OEM PCs can't be overclocked due to a locked bios.

Woah, woah, woah....its wierd. Have you tried with a different PSU? Also when testing, use 1 memory stick next to CPU and test. Make sure all connections are tightly attached (made that mistake before) and nothing shortening it. Hit back here if any problems.

Yes Charbs. And raise I have done all of those tests...And I do not have another PSU. However on a more positive note CyberPower PC does leave the Bios unlocked hehe and also I can get a TEC on their for cheaper then it would cost me hehe

Well I have decided to buy a CyberPower PC as this has become a Pain in My *censored* perhaps I will attempt another build if I manage to get more resources but as it is...whatever I do it doesnt work and I'd rather have a bad*censored* OEM PC (which btw you can overclock a CyberPower PC) then a non working bad*censored* Custom built by me PC. Will have a TEC installed on it and it will be 99% the same as my Original Custom PC Project....and building a PC is not as easy as anyone thinks.

It's not that hard albeit it can be cumbersome at times and you can just slump into a spell of bad luck where nothing wants to go your way...i know i do quite often

Buying an OEM pc though isn't that bad of an idea if you have the cash for it....sometimes you have to stand back and look at what your time(time is always money) and sanity are worth vs spending a few 100$ more and having it all just work...building a pc doesn't come easy to some and there is a hell of a lot to learn if you are new to the field...is it worth my time(remember time is money) to learn everything and trouble shoot everything vs the premium on the OEM pc...

I know for me it would have been smarter to just buy an Ati 4870 to begin with then setting up a cooler and fans and heatsinks and voltmod and the time i have spent just to get close to the Ati 4870 with my Ati 4850
