Default *Sigh* Yet another AMD mobo issue

So I gladly took my MSI board I had with it not posting sent it back to newegg and Bought a Asus M4A79T AM3 Mobo. It got here today. So I installed my Hardware My Gskill Ripjaws RAM and an Old Vid Card (Nvidia 7300GS) I had laying around (until my 5870 gets here ) And powered on annnnnnnd.......No MFing Post....So I took out the RAM and Tried that test...still no beeps for it saying no RAM...so here I am again consulting OCN. Please tell me whats wrong....I think it could be my PSU which is a Thermaltake Toughpower 750W. Tell me if this is possible.

DDR3 1600 Ripjaws and They worked when my mobo I had previously worked. Did all troubleshooting already.

Why did you send that MSI mobo? If everything was working with no problem, why mess with it?

Check out this thread to see if its your power supply.

http://www.overclock.net/faqs/96712-...upply-psu.html

Hook some fans up to it, and use the jumper test to see if it powers on, if so it isn't the PSU.

Does the mobo have onboard video? If so, try powering up without the video card connected.

Negative No Onboard Video on this board. My PC pops on (fans lights etc.) When I power on normally but no post and no beep codes (even with the RAM out) But I find it hard to believe this mobo is dead already as it's brand new...granted it was open box from Newegg but It still should work.

Edit: Jumper test is Positive....PSU working
