May I ask where did you pick that board up for $199 or was it a private sale ?.

I only just got the board, but havn't used it yet...waiting on the Phenom 955 to arrive.

I love the Clear CMOS button, PWR and Reset buttons onboard...they're awesome.

Of course, I got it at pcdiy.com.au, they are really great IMHO, i purchased the board late in the afternoon, and whoooppeee I went down to the post office the next morning to check the mail, not expecting the board to be there and it was...amazing

They're in VIC as well, so that helps for us

I tend to purchase different things from different shops, so postage takes its toll on me, grrrrr postage!

Nice very nice, as you know I have been looking at this board. But I must of been looking in the wrong places.
I was looking at PC Case Gear and they have it listed at $235.00, well Iknow where I'll be getting my mobo from.
Thank you for sharing that pearl with us but I must ask was the postage fair ?.

I know what you mean, I checked at least 12 sites, and they were the cheapest by far.

Postage was about $13 I think *checks*, yup $12.99 which I think is fair...It came nicely wrapped as well and geez it got here the next morning, very good service in my opinion.

I only use the FX-UD5P, and my board temps stay around 35c with an ambient of 69c currently. I only have a mild oc, and upped my NBv by +.01 and 205 on the bus. My heat sinks are stock and I just have a fan blowing across the chip-sets. When I oc'd higher, I think it went up to 41c, but I am waiting to water cool my CPU before I go further. The Zalman just cant handle the temps. Its a great board though, lots of bios options. Check out my album and compare the Asus to the Gigabyte.
