Default need help choosing a socket754 mobo to OC plz help.

I want to upgrade my system so I can OC
but need peoples opinion on the stuff I want to get, and if possable suggest a better product.
here is what I'm planning on getting
one 1gigbyte ddr500 stick of ram.

Here is the MB I got and it overclocks very well. I did have to update the Bios when I first got the MB, but that wasn't a problem after I leanred how....LOL

I am usually a DFI fan, but i have heard that their infinity series isnt too good.
I have how ever, heard that that EPOX has a really nice board there. From what i've read in the past, its a very good budget overclocker.

ok, I'm not going to get DFI mobo. so it's the epox..ok it's the epox thanks 4 trying to help me out.
