I have the crosshair II with the 940 and it is a very good board IMO. I can only push my CPU to 3.6 stable on the board, but there are of course other factors as well. The thing I have found, that I love so much, is I can run 8 GB's of ram at 1066 without a hitch on this board

The Destroyer also runs 8GB of ram @ 1066, with no probs
