It's good.
mATX won't matter for what he's using it for. ![]() The board has the 785G IGP, which is currently the world's best (IGP).

It's a very good board. Asus is a respectable Tier 1 manufacturer, and the 785G/SB710 combo offers high performance and flexibility. The IGP includes HDMI so that's good for any HTPC applications. I have a different board with the same VIA VT1708S audio codec and am quite pleased with that as well. All in all, it's a great buy and quite frankly with a good CPU/GPU it could easily handle "major" stuff.

I would definitely pick the Gigabyte 785g micro board over any of the others, especially Asus.

I intro'd this board when it came out. There are 3 brothers. The 785 with the 4200 with onboard 1333 Ddr3 video memory is an awesome choice for a low cost motherboard.
