Default *HELP* Thermal monitoring CPU temp not working

In bios CPU temp says 40C but is frozen, when i first got the board it would work all the time lil after board would only change temps if it when above 40c
now it doesnt change at all

In windows it says 14C idle which i know is 100% wrong.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem????
