Default AMD 965 BE mobo help

I'm puting together a build for a 965 BE AMD chip and was wondering what are some of the better mobo's out there for this.

here's the mobo I'm considering http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131392

comments on this mobo as well as suggestion's for other brands are welcome.

my vote:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...30223&Tpk=gd70

you will want to make sure the motherboard has good Vreg cooling, and can easily handle 140W TDP CPU. That chip is gonna draw some power, esp when you start to overclock.

Yeah, get the Crosshair III Formula. Top notch board for AM3.

As well as the MSI 790FX-GD70.

What RAM do you have picked out?
