Default Deciding between two motherboards

I've been looking in the $100~ price range and these two motherboards seem to fit the bill of what I want. The problem is, one is $120 and the other is $100. They seem mostly similar except for their onboard graphics chips and their southbridges. Should I shell out $20 for RAID5/random other features, or should I just save $20 and get the latter?

In all honestly, I would say, save your money. Are you going to be purchasing a video card? If so, there's $20 more in the video card fund. If you want to make a compromise between the two, you could get this, it's what I'm going to use for my girlfriend's build, it's DDR2 though:

Ah, I guess I should have added that I already had a video card. I don't really want to go the DDR2 route though, mostly because DDR2 and DDR3 are pretty much the same in price at the moment and DDR2 will keep getting more expensive.

Lime, either one are solid boards and only a $5.00 difference between them. If it were me and had to choose between the two i'd go the $99.00 evo.
