don't worry about it my ECS board claims my 12V rail is 1.5V ECS boards all suck for voltage monitoring just get a multimeter and test the power supply

xFALL3Nx, as JKBenchmarks mentioned software monitoring is hardly ever accurate...especially when it comes to voltages. If you do decide to pick up a multimeter then check out this guide. It should explain the proper procedures on how to check the 12v, 3.3v and 5v rails: http://www.clunk.org.uk/forums/guide...ing-guide.html. I recommend checking the rails at idle and under load (to insure safe operation).

Good luck
