Honestly I think the reason for returns is the lack of higher end options with the boards such as voltage controls. I had one that got me a .5Ghz OC with a q6700 and the board only cost me 40USD. It's still working in a friends rig. Also, sometimes people who buy cheap don't have much knowledge about what they're hooking up and damage things. My last rig was made of "bad companies" things(a hec 585wPSU for example) and it worked really well. Sometimes its the people not the company at fault.
