Packaged up a wrong mobo. It cost me £10 to just package it up. Waiting to post it off tomorrow. I hope it's swap with my wrong mobo to correct one. If not, I must wait for another week

They tested it, didn't find any faults, thats all they say. Now, they are processing credit authorisation. *** is they doing? All I want is a MSI 770-C45. Not credit.

Why were they testing it?
They should have handed you (dropped off) a parcel when they collected the wrong motherboard.
