Exclamation Asus M2N-2 nForce 570sli 1701 Bios

OVERCLOCKING
Hello i recently updated the bios on my computer since i seen the old one was a 2006 one and the new one is a recent 2008 but since ive done this i noticed that i cant get my fbs back to 227 without crashing now its at 215 so i guess ill state that im new and have no clue what exactly im doing im looking at overclocking the ram and processor i can do the video card myself. Any help will be apprciated i would like someone to help me with a step by step guild or the same mobo so they can understand what i need to do thanks!

thanks m8 ill check into it yea i didnt relize how old my mobo was untill i acutally got it looks like it will be time to upgrade it soon enough to a sli one so any recomendations would be appricated
