Well i believe it was a power surge from my PSU that maimed the board and killed both of my HDD's and a DVD drive oh and my 16GB usb stick...OR there was a short inside my antec which caused it all too happen

At that point the board would fail to read from any usb ports and the onboard audio went down as well

I continued to use the board for about a week since by that time i had my 945ES for almost a month without even getting to play with it so i popped in a cheapo sound blaster audio card and that went well for a few days till it would just refused to boot

Still not sure as to why it stopped booting at the end

None the less i have no proof it was the board that caused my hardware too die but i have no proof it wasn't

I have searched and searched and no other AMD FX or GX board users(any brand) or MSI board users for that matter have ran into this problem so i am assuming my PSU started it all
