Talking Which one AM3 Motherboard is Best?

Ok guys i found someone that sells an Asus and an Asrock motherboard.
Asus M4A785TD-V Evo and Asrock M3A790GMH/128M?
The question is which one you believe it is better for me to buy (the difference in price is 5 euro costs more the Asrock, this is not a problem of course).
I want you to consider that i need the one that has better performance onboard graphics, maybe a little overclocking and of course possibility of unlocking 4 cores..
Any other suggestion or whatever letting me know.
I need your answers!!
Thanks!!!!

Our school purchased some of those ASrock boards for you A+ Cert class, they work good so far. The ASUS will have a better warranty, but thats about it. I'd go for the ASrock, I like its features better.

Asus > Asrock

asrock is basicly asus's sister or daughter company, therefore your buying basicly into the same company

personally i had bad experience @ multiple times with asus support, therefore asus is in none of my builds to find anymore not to say they are bad boards or what not, but the support just blowz sometimes

From what I remember, the Asus mobo has the unlocking. I can't confirm it tho, as I don't have the mobo unlock checklist on hand

Someone has that link?
