When I try to set my FSB to anything more than around 230ish, my Board refuses to boot on my PhII 720, but on my old CPU (Athlon X2 5600+) I could go up to around 300 FSB and it would still boot and be perfectly stable, why is this?

I've kept the RAM/HT/NB underclocked while trying higher FSB's

Maybe try loosening the ram timmings, or maybe in a fsb hole, try 240/250

Tried loosening the timings and even underclocking the RAM already, lowered CPU multi etc, tried FSB's from like 240-300 in increments of 10, still no boot.

Up your NB-VID if you have the option. This is how I got my MA770T to boot. Also, as said before, you could be limited by your particular chip (not the model). Boost up the voltage by +.50 and see if it boots.

My stock NB VID is 1.100v, I tried 1.140v and it got past POST at 250 FSB, but it crashed while loading Windows, Is if safe to go higher?, as the NB on this board runs pretty hot, don't want to risk killing my board.

Put it to 1.3, lower FSB a little.

I guess it was a problem with the NB volts, as I booted fine at 240 FSB with 1.2v on the NB, though, I'm not really comfortable going any higher on the NB volts as it already runs pretty hot on this board, don't want to fry it or anything.

Bit of a problem here!
__________________Right, now after 240 FSB booted successfully into Windows at 1.200v, I decided to set my FSB and NB voltage back to stock, as I wasn't comfortable running the NB overvolted as the NB heatsink on the Board SUCKS. when I set the FSB back to 200, and the NB volts back to 1.100v (stock), I saved and exited the BIOS, and the PC didn't POST..., and then about 2 seconds later, it just turned off.... I inspected the Mobo/PSU etc and could find nothing out of the ordinary, no smells, no burns, nothing was hot, no nothing, so I reset the CMOS, tried to turn my PC on, and it worked fine, why did it suddenly turn off? and why cant I set my NB volts back to 1.100v >_<
