Default Question about 890FX

Remember reading something in the hardware news section that the new 890FX motherboards would be coming out in january? Looked for the thread but can't seem to find it.

If i remember correctly it was sata6g but still usb 2.0 and only 2 x16 lanes?

Anyone know?

Correct. That feature set is kind of disappointing. I was expecting USB 3.0 and 3 x16 lanes

I would hope that Asus or someone would add usb 3.0 support to some of the high end boards...

At least I won't be disappointed for not getting it.
