Default AM3 Mobo: Which One?

Alright let's see I'm in the process of doing a new build w/ 125w 965BE. I have a two part question:

1. I'm looking for a board at or below $200 and i have two in mind:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131392

and

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128377

Which one would you see as the better of the two and if neither im open to suggestions.

2. I know this is the mobo portion but i figured i could kill two birds with one stone; I am looking for a vid card as well but i can't decide im leaning towards a 5770 but everyone blasts ATI and their drivers. However, i know the new Catalyst 9.11 driver fixes a lot of problems. I looked at the GTX 260(i believe that was the one) but its $30 more and the benchmarks are about the same. I'm pretty sure i have already answered my own question because i really want to do cross-fire and eyefinity but once agian what would you guys suggest?

If you want a high clocking mobo with a lot of features and quad-xfire MSI 790FX-GD70 is the one to go for.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130223.And is cheaper than both.IMO is the best AM3 mobo currently available.

Hmm i like MSI i used it for my first AMD build: Athlon Xp 2000+ but these reviews about the board catching on fire is like "***?" Probably just a bad batch of boards Ill take a serious look at it.

Thanks =)

If I had to start from scratch, I'd take the Asus crosshair III.

it overclocks wicked, looks great, comes with a nice sound card but that doesn't do anything for me really. I don't need 4 pci-E slots so the two are enough.

I just really love Asus as a company and haven't been let down yet.

I am really happy with my Asus m3a79-t deluxe too.
