Default Really! need help picking

This is my new build happening in the next few days.

3700+ SD S939
Evga 7800GT
OCZ Mod stream PSU
80Gb Seagate HD
Audigy 2ZS
DVD RW

Then it comes to the motherboard......

I am really having a hard time picking witch one i will go with. So far i have mad my mind up for ether the DFI Lanparty UT nf4 board or the ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe or ASUS A8N-SLI Premium I dont know what the difference between the Premium or the Deluxe but my main question is do i go with the DFI or ASUS. I will be overclocking and all i do is GAME...... THANKS.

In my opinion ASUS motherboards are the best in the land...

Id say go with the DFI, the overclocking options are exceptional and easily laid out, even a noob cant mess up with a DFI board, you just have to slowly go over the BIOS and learn it, takes about 30 mins, lots of ram timing options, lots of voltage options, etc etc...just go with the dfi.

I've owned about 3 different ASUS motherboards, they are VERY OC friendly and they take a lot of stress. They have Artificial Intellicane OCing, and NOS. Premium is better than deluxe...
