Default Red Light?

He Im a noob and I just finished building my first system. When I goto turn on the power though nothing happens other than a red light turning-on on my mobo. None of the fans on my case are spinning, even the hsf. My mobo is the DFI Lanparty UT NF3 250gb and my processor is a 64-bit 3200+ newcastle. If any1 knows my problem please post a reply.
Thanks

Well everything is plugged in right, but to start the computer I have to press a button on my mobo. The computers working right now (installing windows) but because I recieved no manuals I have no idea how to make it so when i press the power button on the front of my comp, the computer starts instead of having to open the case and press the button on the mobo.
Any help would be great. Thanks
