My Mobo is telling me that the board temp is 34*C idle and will go as high as 42*C while playing games, with prime95 the board temp stays a bit lower
is this a normal?

and my audio (onboard) go's wacky and i can hear the dvd rive through it ( its in sync with the light on the drive) is this somthing to expect from the onboard audio, or is it messed up? oh my audio consists of a 3 foot extention on my earbuds (speakers wernt part of the budget lol)

oh the board temp and sound problem are there both when at 2.0Ghz or 2.2Ghz

What are your voltages at, tho with stock air cooling that sounds like the right temps. As for the sound, try reinstalling the audio drivers? That might help?

Vcore is 1.6v, rest are stock

will try reinstalling the drivers, i should add its not a all the time problem, i just notice it while playing dvd's, and editing video, anytime i have a MP3 playing its fine but the others still sound wanky,

*edit* i should add that the temp is seen at the stock voltage aswell
