Trying to figure out what the difference is between these two mobos...

Default differences..

audio is EXACTLY the same, its the karajna 7.1...only difference is one is sli and also has sata-2 support + 4 extra sata ports.. BUT.. the ultra-d can be modded to sli and all you need is to order a sli interface board. also you can activate the sata-2 with a simple mod,but you can't get the extra 4 ports...i did both mods, and saved 50$ at the time. -trey

Incorrect... It does include all of the above you just stated.

The nonUT comes with a Front Panel bay drive type thing, i'm not exactly sure what it does, but I think that it supports USB, FIREWIRE, and it may read temps.
