Just curious, I've been self-teaching Tcl and I love it.

Oh, it's Tool Command Language.
__________________It's application programming. You can write Tcl CGI scripts, but it's not web deisgn. In a N*x enviro, you're shell is usually Bash2, but tclsh will take you into a Tcl mode used when writing Tcl. helpful for debugging. In Winblows, when you install ActiveTcl, the bin folder has a N*x-like tclsh to use. Theres also Tk, basically a graphical programming end of Tcl. Haven't toyed with Tk much yet.

It's actually going much better than my futile attempt at Perl.

I have plenty of time to waste, and I waste it well.Since I'm a simpleton, I'll start with Tcl. I've tried my hand at Perl. I may need some motivation to try that again. Oh and a book to refer to too.
