Default 3D Real-Time data graphing?

Ok guys, here's the scenario. My senior design group is doing autonomous flight with a helicopter. In order to monitor our copter and keep it from crashing, we need to create a feedback control system that knows the physical oreientation of the copter at all times. We have an IMU (inertial measurement unit) which after being run through some math functions, gives us data about the physical orientation of our copter. now here's the question. is there a program that can efficiently graph out our incoming data streams in 3 dimensions. We were able to get something in MATLAB, but it is WAY too slow to be useful.

Any help is appreciated!

You could pretty easily create an OpenGL or Direct3D window and just draw to that from within your system.

Is orientation the only data you need to represent or do you need to show velocity and other things as well?
