Default Anyone tried VS2005?

I just got the beta in today and haven't had a chance to install it yet? Anyone used it? How do you like it? I'm going to be comparing it to 2003 so i might have a different view of everyone else's but i thought i'd see if anyone already has gave it a shot.

If you must be a MS monkey, use VS6. Did you know for awhile there MS employees were boycotting 2005? Also, 2003 *isn't good*, but anything that uses the .NET framework *isn't good*. Just stick to pre VS7 and post VS5 :P.

I've used it, you have to convert your old VS solution files into the 2005 version and I don't think they can be converted back?? I'm having the problem now that at school I use 2005 version, come home to the 2003 version and I can't do any work on my projects. Very annoying if you ask me.

That doesn't surprise me at all, even if VS2005 was in GA. But it's still in beta, which should tell you that it is not feature complete at best, or buggy as hel at worst. Always back up your stuff before using beta software or you are exposing yourself to needless risk!
