Um. I don't know if you understand how hard it is to make a game.
If you want it easy, use a program like GameMaker. If you want it REALLY EASY then go with something The 3D Game Maker.
If you want to make a semi-cool FPS game, use FPS Creator.

If you think you're cool, use C++

If you think you remotely know how to program, use XNA Creator.

Yeah I have to say if you dont know what to use then its highly unlikely you have the ability to make one yet.

As rav71 said there are some programs out there where you pretty much just stick together a bunch of premade parts and then your done. But for a proper game you need to really know what your doing, its not a simple thing and it takes a long time to even be able to do the very basics.

If you really want to spend that time then I suggest you invest in some beginners books, follow them through then go from there. But it will be a long time before you ever have a game that you can properly sit down and play.

Dark Basic is great. I used it for about 6 years now. Along with that, its rival, Blitz Basic is also great but the two communities hate each other. And if you are interested in making an RPG, RPG Tool Kit is open source and really powerful. I also used this tool for around 6 years.

Edit: And don't bother with 3D Game Maker. It has no options and was just programmed with DarkBasic. It is not meant to make anything decent.

Start by using Crysis or Doom 3´s level editors. Very easy to work with.
