Advanced Topic - Auto Run Script:
Windows support a simple script file which can be run automatically when a UFD drive is inserted (under Windows XP you may be prompted with a dialog asking you what to do and the first option on this dialog will be to run the program on the device, which is our script).

To create an auto-run script, you need to create a file by the name of "autorun.inf" in the drive's main (root) directory. The content of this file has three lines:
[autorun]
action=Run <program>
open= <location>

The first line is an indicator this is an auto-run file, leave it as-is. The second line is a text description that will show up on Windows XP's pop-up dialog when a new device is inserted. The third line is which program to run when the UFD is inserted.
googled ur question and come up with this. just a quick answer

[AUTORUN]
RUN=<.../.../PROGRAM PATH\...\...>
ICON=<.../.../ICON PATH\...\...>
If the icon or the file you want ot open/use is in the same path as the autorun then use "iconname.ico" or "programname.exe"

if it's inside a directory then use that path

NOTE: Don't put a "\" at the start of the path

I have prepared a CD with two executables and I need these two .exe files to run one after another, or at the same time when the CD is inserted. How can I create an autorun file to start the installation of these two files?

Try a .bat file! Doesn't use much space and i'm pretty sure thats how most major companies do it. (You can see how by opening autorun.bat from any game DVD that automatically opens a menu.)
