Default [Newbe] A software that tells me what a program is doing
Hi i am looking for a software that will tell me exactly that a program is doing
an exe file that i run, i would want that program to tell me weather it is trying to connect to the inet, if so where.
And what files is it trying to access, read, edit, delete, run etc

Is this possible if so what software is the most user friendly and should be looking for

Well, for Internet connection, a modern firewall will show you what applications are receiving or sending data, how much and perhaps, to what IP address.

lsof does this for UNIX. A bit of googling says that Process Explorer will do the same for windows, but I've never tried it so I can't say for certain its what you want

You might find the system logs (Event Viewer, under Administrative Tools in Control Panel) contain useful information on what's going on too - although not in real time
