I agree with mikey $280-$290 would be fair. But why do you wwant to switch your cpu so fast man ?

I am thinking of switching to C2D and you have what i exactly want.

So the max speed you got with this chip is 3.6 right ? But u haven't checked the stability....

I only got 3.4 stable on the stock cooler. Havent tried anything spectacular. I can boot @ 3.7 no prob on the stock cooler but temps were high so i didnt stay there.
