Appraisal: 2 sets of 2x512 MB DDR
The first set is DDR400. CPU-Z lists the manufacturer as Kingmax Semiconductor, and stock timings are 2.5-4-4-8. I've been running it at 210 MHz at stock timings and voltage, but I haven't had a chance to push it harder. Both DIMMs have blue Thermaltake heatspreaders.
The second set is DDR500. These are Pmi brand with stock timings of 3-4-4-8. I've been running them 24/7 at 2.5-4-4-8 at 230 MHz at stock voltage. Neither is by any means high end stuff, but both sets are powering two of my folding rigs without a hitch. I'm going to be selling off one set soon to help defray some of the cost of my recent investment in new gear, so a it would be good to know what you all think they might be worth.

__________________$120 or $75 each for the DDR500s. BTW shouldn't they run at 250MHz at stock?
