Default Appraisial: 1GB DDR400 Wintec Ampo RAM
512MB x 2

DDR400.

2.65v stock.

3-4-4-8 stock timings.

Does 2-3-3-5 @ DDR400 2.75v in Prime95 for 6 hours, stopped manually after that. Does 1T at stock, but OCing any you probably will need to go to 2T. Benchmark stable @ DDR440 (220Mhz) 2.5-3-4-5 2.9v 1T though. Passed Prime95 for 2 hours before stopping it myself.

Doesn't run in dual channel though. Different manufacturing weeks. CPU-Z shows it as Infineon. Not sure what it is though.
