Just a key. No CD or DVD. Legit. (Not OEM, either.)
I got it installed to make sure it was legit since a friend gave it to me because he didn't want it, and it works perfectly.

Just want to know.
(Will uninstall if bought, obviously.)

JK, retail is $90, so I think $65 is fair, especially since we would be taking a risk, buying used microsoft software. (Licence hassles)

no it wouldnt just tell them ur mobo went tits up so u replaced it problem sol;ved unless some 1 else is using the key
