Appraisals: Thermalright SP-94
It's a heatsink for socket 478 P4, http://www.thermalright.com/product_default.htm
Scroll down the intel place, and the 3rd to the last heatsink, is the SP-94. I can't find anywhere else that sell this heatsink, I bought it off ebay a month ago for $27 and reviews say that the retail price is $50.
