I have seem to run out of space on my iPod so I might be selling it. It looks/works brand new. The day I got it I put a skin on it and didn't take the old one off, so it looks brand new, no scratches at all. If I sell it, its just going to be the iPod, case and, skin. No songs will be on it due to the fact that it is illegal to sell one with music on it unless the person whos buying it already legally owns the music.

Not going to appraise it, but if you leave the music on there and don't sell the music, just the iPod, I believe it is legal...at least, I've seen it done many times before
