Default Appraisal: Asus GeForce 7600GS 512 MB
I have for appraisal my GeForce 7600GS 512 mb silent .
It has passive cooling, and can be overclocked stably from 400 core/540 mem to core 520(max i tried, but i think it will get further, i'll try it later) and 865 mem(ddr2 efffective)
It's a ddr2 version, and i can play fear maxed at 1280x1024 withouth smoot shades(or smthing like that).
I get 40 minimum /55 most of the time / 65 maximum on fear.
I also play fear with hdr at 1024x768 at 25/30fps.
All games play nicely at 1024x768 with hdr or bloom, and at 1280x1024 withouth effects.
Very good card, and i'm leaning towards to let it go , to get a 8600GTS!
What do you guys think it's worth?
