Currently $359.99 on Newegg. Mine is about a month, month and a half old.

Reasons I replaced it:
  • It's huge. Seriously, this thing is about a foot long, maybe longer. (You can see pics in my gallery)
  • It seems... flaky (may be my fault)
    • Sometimes on bootup, it flashes on then off and beeps until you shut it off. Comes right back on after that. (Normally only happens after a lockup etc during OC stability tests)
  • Various small things.

Mainly I replaced it because I needed to find out if it was the PSU causing me OC issues. (I actually haven't loaded up the new PSU, waiting on Tuniq Tower to come in so I can move everything over to the new case)

Yeah, I'd say $275-$300 would be more than fair.
