I would pay around $535-560 for that. Id put 550 OBO in that situation.

Can you get a ultra with extremely nice $140.00 waterblock with it for that price though? Nope.

I sold my 8800 GTX for $450 but no water block or anything. And same, eVGA.

How much for an Ultra and the same waterblock? I'm gonna trade up for an Ultra first and if I don't like that I'll switch to dual 2900Pro's.
