Appraisal: Core 2 Duo E2140

Does at least 3.15Ghz. Just wondering what it's worth. Going Quad soon, and want to know what I can get for it.

It might be able to do more than 3.15Ghz, but, being on stock air cooling, not a fan (rofl) of going over 1.4v. Run it mostly at 2.8Ghz with 1.2-1.25v with <35C load.
