Default Appraisal: Brand New & Sealed 2600XT
It's from GeCube, 256MB GDDR4. HDCP,HDMI, Dual-DVI, DX10, Shader Model 4.0, Crossfire Ready...etc. It still has the plastc wraping on it so it's no opened, fresh from Newegg's warehouse. I got 2, 1 for a build and 1 fro an HTPC. I only opened 1 since the build for a friend didn't go through. It can play TMF2 with everything on high(8xMSAA,16xA, Motion Blurr) at 1280x1024 just fine. Even though it has some power for gaming, it's well suited for HTPC's. New at Newegg it's around 140$.

Return it to newegg. tell them it didn't display right on your HDTV [thats what I did, cause it didn't display right] and they will return it and pay shipping. they did for me anyways and i was 1 day out of warranty.
