Alright, here's the skinny on this one...

I'm looking to go watercooled in the next couple months or so, which means if I do, I'll need to offset the costs slightly by selling this hunk of metal, and possibly the windmill () that's currently attached to it.

Specs:
LGA775 Mounting System
Six (6) Heatpipe and Multi-fin Design
L63.44 x W132 x H160.5 mm (heatsink only)

I purchased this from SidewinderComputers over the summer, ~$85 shipped including the fan back then. I've since lapped it (to 1500 grit), and it's kept my E6600 nice and cool (within thermal specifications) at 3.6GHz for a few months now.

Looking for the price if I sold it as is. Also, if you have any insight into the price if I sold it with this fan. Thanks!

you could get up to $70 due to the lapping and all, maybe less due to the usedness.
$50-70 would be a logical range of prices you will get.
