I have an extra 2G kit of Kingston 667. The crazy thing is, it has Micron D9's on it. My board only goes to 2.1v but I hear these do much better with more voltage.

I'd say about $60 shipped.
You can pick up a pair of Geil DDR2 800 new for $58 at the egg and they're D9's that'll easily do 1150mhz
