I'd say approximately:

$30 for the CPU
$40 for the motherboard
$40 for the RAM
$80 for the GPU
$30 for the hard drive
$50 for the case
$20 for the PSU

Just some rough estimates off the top of my head. I didn't really look up the parts, just what I remember them costing a while ago so I rounded down a little on each.

I'd say if you're selling the entire rig as a whole...you could probably get $300 out of it easy, just so long as its not here on OCN (since we all know about how much the parts are worth). I just added up what I listed and it was $290. And really a $300 rig isn't much to be perfectly honest (new)....so even at $300 you'd be giving your friend a pretty good deal. If its a really really close friend, I'd sell the whole thing for $250. If your friend isn't a really close friend, $300-325 or so would honestly be a fair asking price I'd think.
